Our Patient Portal is an online tool available through a secure HIPPA compliant website that gives you the flexibility to access your health information and other resources at your convenience. As our patient, enrolling in the Patient Portal is free and will enable you to:

  • View your medical records
  • View your test results
  • Update personal information
  • View appointments
  • Send a message to your physician
  • View your medications
  • Make payments and viewing balances
  • Download pre-procedure education forms

Also, as a result of regulatory requirements, patient records are separated between surgical and non-surgical information. Therefore, to gain online access to your records for both surgical and non-surgical information, you will need to register with both Merit Medical Center's Patient Portal, as well as register with the specialty practice you have visited or are planning to visit here at Merit.
